About the Board
All activities of the LSIT Global Institute are managed by a Board of Directors. Directors are selected for their expertise in IT, the life sciences and regulatory affairs. Directors serve two-year, staggered terms. They have final authority over all Institute business, hire and supervise the executive staff (a president, a secretary/treasurer, and other staff members as needed), and control the budget. The Board of Directors appoints individuals to serve on the Technology Advisory Board. The daily affairs of the Institute will be conducted by the President, who supervises the initiatives and is responsible to the Board of Directors for the Institute's performance.
